Each short-term program is specially designed for young lawyers or even experienced practitioners who, throughout their careers, will refine the necessary skills to advise their clients when they face similar issues or assist their firm in resolving such matters.

Very few lawyers are familiar with these topics in their real practice, and the academic courses they have completed have very limited coverage and are available at only a handful of institutions. This is also due to the fact that these advanced issues require time to be integrated into a traditional academic course, thus remaining the prerogative of a few privileged individuals.

Beringoff has identified this gap in the legal field and developed these super-specialized combined legal/business courses with content provided by actual practitioners, not just lawyers. This gives each course a unique interdisciplinary character, makes it highly focused, and exposes participants not only to real-time challenges but also equips them with the necessary tools to enhance their knowledge and ability to advise and offer solutions to clients.
